WHAT ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE FROM?

All our candle are 100% Soy and coconut wax.

WHAT KIND OF FRAGRANCES DO YOU USE?

We use  vegan , nontoxic fragrances in our candles.

CAN I REUSE THE CONTAINERS?

Absolutely! you can clean the container from wax by adding boiling water to it and wait for the wax to come up and dry after few hours. Then rinse it with water. It can be reused as pen holder, jewelry holder, brushes and much more.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Upon completion of your order, an email with the details of your order including your order number will be sent to you.

I FORGOT TO ENTER MY PROMOCODE. WHAT CAN I DO?

Unfortunately we cannot enter codes after an order has been placed. You’ll have to save it for your next order.

HOW CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN ORDER ALREADY PLACED?

If your order is not shipped yet, please send an email to info@cococandles.ca with your order number and additional products you wish to add.
If your order has been shipped, you’ll have to place another order.

WHEN WILL THE OUT-OF-STOCK ITEM BE AVAILABLE?

We usually announce it on Instagram page all of our restoking dates. So you can follow us on Instagram @cococandles.ca to stay updated. However, sometimes we do not have any precision on when items become available. We suggest keeping a lookout on our website .

Orders normally take 1-5 business day to be shipped.

HOW CAN I TRACK  MY ORDER?

We offer tracking on all shipments. Please note that you will only receive it once your order has been shipped.

We ship with CANADA POST.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to Canada and United States.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

We do not accept returns if you changed your mind. However, if you receive any damaged item please contact us immediately at info@cococandles.ca we will give you a full refund to any damaged or faulty item .

Damaged item must be returned within 2 weeks of the original purchase date in the same condition as received, including original packing in order to get your refund.
